Re: What happens when you run that file directly?

Same...

philippe

Not sure I understand exactly the language issue...I attach my innoscript.ini file here

There is a Languages directory with a bunch of files, no duplicate language files...Checking the other directory now...

Randem

What happens when you run that file directly?

philippe

Aloha,

Sorry...Was on the phone...

Innoscript.exe file is 4,874,240 bytes long, stamped as 10.0.0.0 and located under C:Program FilesRandem SystemsInnoScript 10

I have an idea, check your language folder in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Randem Systems\InnoScript\Release to see if there are duplicate languages. Check the innoscript.ini file to see if it points to this language folder. You can find the ini file in the same location. Also make sure there are no files in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Randem Systems\InnoScript\

Back them up before deleting them.

Aloha Philippe,

Yes, I know that error. It's just that It cannot be reproduced here. Tell me what version of the innoscript exe that you have and it's location.

philippe

Hi again,

OK..Back online...I also tried to reinstall the COMPLETE 10.0 without uninstalling the previous messy install and got the same error message too, just like centralito...
Now, I looked at the setup file and it looks completely ok...I attach it to this post...
Runtime error 13 is definitely a programming issue in VB, not an install issue...The only thing is obviously I can't see where

Let me know

Philippe

If you open Windows Explorer and type or paste the whole path into the address bar you will see what is in that temp folder.

Randem

Sure there is, it's just hidden. You need to replace  with your own user name...

What is the name on the error screen in the title bar? I can't seem to replicate the error.

centralito

I've desintaled old version and I installed new one without success, the same error :-(

There's no any folder called C:Documents and Settings\Local Settings

Thanks

Randem

Please give me more information I cannot make this happen. I installed version 9.3 and 9.4 then installed 10.0 in the same folder and no errors, everything worked.

Please look in your temp folder then post a file with a name like Setup Log 2009-06-10 #001.txt.

Your temp folder will be at C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Temp

Randem

Where did you install 10.0?
Meanwhile download and install the full version instead of the update to see if that fixes things.
I will look into this.

centralito

Since now working with version 9, after update runtime error 13 ... what I should do ??
