Please post your script. You should not be deploying msado15.dll. Did you not use SAFE mode? If you used safe mode that file should not be in the script.
 
What version of InnoScript are you using?

I used InnoScript to made my installation program incluing VB_DCOM_MDAC_JET_AutoSetup.exe and so far, all is right.  
All, exept 2 or 3 cases when, for instance, during instalation in an XP profesional computer I have this error:
