This exe will help the Teacup. issue  Place this exe in the folder where you installed InnoScript to replace the exe there.
 
As far as the file; placing it in the Inno folder (Inno Setup or InnoScript) would have no effect. Why not place the file inside your application folders or use the Search Folder Tabs to add the location of the file.

This is causing problems. Even if I put it in the inno directory it gets installed but cannt be found because it doesnt have the right key (or something). There is also a file TeaCup. which cannt be found (I can edit it out of the iss file manually,I'm mentioning this incase it's to do with the problem.) The project is VB2008 converted from VB6.
