Hi Sir - I have visited your site many times in the past for your advice on installation problems and, in particular, the 'universal files' collections you have hosted and posted, and have recommended the links to many others that I have communicated with regarding their installation and program running problems.
Now I see you have updated the look of your site since I last visited and I am unable to find the 'universal files' any more. The links that purport to take me there instead link to https://randemsystems.com/os-updater-support (https://randemsystems.com/os-updater-support) which returns me to the Support 'front page' instead of the file download links I am looking for.
Can you help direct me? Is this a bad link?

If you look on the right side of the screen of the support screen you will see a few links that would direct you to the correct location Software Support or you can go directly there via https://randemsystems.com/os-updater-support (https://randemsystems.com/os-updater-support)
Thank you so much for your very rapid response.
I think it would be a good idea if the links from the 'Installer Problems' page linked directly to that page you have just provided me with.
