Okay i hoped it was not that much also because i have not an guarentee that i solves myn problem.
I shall see what i am going t do, first i want to thank you fore all your time and efford

Randem

Yes, but the price would be $125 for the attempt at fixing the issue. No Guarantees. It will be just to properly apply the fixes to your system. I would need admin access to your OpenCart.

foppe

Okay butt att least i can try it, i must do something to solve this.
Is there an change you can do it?

Randem

It is unknown if the fix will solve your issue since the fix was designed to fix an assortment of issues. It will all depend on what kind and quality of MODs are in your system, if your code was modified (hard coded). There can be no guarantees...

foppe

Can i hire you do it? you know opencart and the upgrading.

How big is the chance that the upgrade solves myn problem?

Randem

This is why you do a backup first so that if anything goes wrong you can revert back t the original state. Besides the fixes use VQMOD and you can install and remove them very easily. No damage to your system.

foppe

Through Google i came on your topic and that is why i contact you if my problem can be solved by that.
I am scared to try it because i am not technical engough to do something like that.

Randem

Ah, OK. Those sorts of problems were inherent to V2.2.0.0 as I wrote about in my thread about upgrading, it was not production ready then - https://randemsystems.support/opencart-mods/migrating-your-data-from-opencart-version-2-1-0-x-to-version-2-2-0-0-(test-only)/

It does not seem that much progress was made since then. Did you apply our fixes to v2.2.0.0?

foppe

i let somebody upgrade it to 2.2.0.0, this person left me with these problems.

Randem

Yes you can. What version of OpenCart are you using?

foppe

When i use Firefox i also get the error undefined and indeed when that happen i get also the bankpage.

Hmm okay, i am not technical with the points you mention and dont know how i can do that and test it.
Can i also hire you to find out what it can be?

Randem

Well, without an error message or something of the sort it would be very hard to know exactly what is happening. it could be something on their computer causing the issue. This time I got the "Error Undefined" error message but it still went to the payments page. In this case you probably have some cross-domain information on the page. You have a lot going on on that page with either MODS or other code that may be causing the main issue. What you should do is to remove all MODS and other such code and test it. it could also be your theme that is causing the issues.

foppe

I did not get an email so i did not know there was an message here.

The clients dont get an error message, from there side everything looks good.
And a lot off clients dont contact me butt leave and buy somewehere else.

They fill in everything on the checkout but dont get to the bankpage, there is not an error that the client gets to see

Randem

Get the users to take a screen print to send to you so that you can see what URL is being accessed and any error message if any. Many users do not pay attention to warning messages...

foppe

The problem is that it not happens to everyone.
When the fault is there people dont make it do the page where you are on.
They are stuck on the checkout page where they fill in there names etc.
When they want further to the bank card pages they get the text one moment (in dutch even geduld) and they are not getting to the bank card page.

Also when the fault is there i dont see there names in the backend by missing orders, normally when somebody fills in there name i see that in the admin.

Cani send you the .Htacces by email? so you can check because this problem something changed there and i want to make sure the file is good
