Post by: eyeRmonkey (Unregistered Guest) on October 04, 2005, 03:12:31 PM
What do I need to specify to get the uninstall to not prompt about removing sharedfiles (DLLs) that are no longer in user. I want it to default to leave them there

eyeRmonkey,

Nothing. It is a warning. Warning have no meaning if you shut them off. Why would you uninstall that much?

What do you mean why would I uninstall that much? I want it to automatically KEEP those files. It is the safer thing to do. It's not a big deal if I can't turn it off (which is the case I guess).

Thanks for your help.

eyeRmonkey,

There is nothing that can be done about the warning. You just have to select keep the files.
