Title: Scripten.exe
Post by: dc21 on February 09, 2011, 07:35:43 PM
On the page https://randemsystems.com/os-updater-support (https://randemsystems.com/os-updater-support) at the bottom there is a link for Scripting Runtime for Win 2000,XP. This downloads the file Scr56en.exe. Is this correct or is this suppose to be Scripten.exe?

I've just purchased Innoscript. After several attempts with a plain-vanilla .vbp it still reports one (and only one) file missing: scripten.exe
I've looked everywhere on my system and on your site in vain, I can't see where to get it from (isn't it supposed to be bundled? (I have version 10.9 build 9 and have just installed innoscript1005009ReleaseUpdate.exe, still no change)

Sorry, I've just found it, at the very bottom of https://randemsystems.com/os-updater-support (https://randemsystems.com/os-updater-support)!
Wasn't it supposed to be bundled?

No, Scripten.exe is not supposed to be bundled (nor ever has been). You can download it from our site if you want but everyone does not need it nor is it required by everyone and InnoScript does not require it to run. Just go to the Downloads menu on the main screen of InnoScript and download it...

Why do you think it should be bundled?
