Title: Runtime Error -2147221231
Post by: elizarrj on January 06, 2012, 04:49:22 AM
Hello,

I performed an upgrade within inno script from version 10 to 11.  I ran the new upgrade and noticed I was in a trial mode.  I uninstalled Version 11 back to version 10 and now I receive the following error:

RunTime Error: '-2147221231 (80040111)
Automation error
ClassFactory cannot supply requested class.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit

How can I get this fixed?

In order for version 10 to be re-installed, you will have to remove all folders of InnoScript from your computer. especially \Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Randem Systems\InnoScript then re-install version 10. There were warnings about installing version 11 over version 10...

Yes, I did all that prior to re-installing version 10.  However, I decided to purchase the upgrade and it is now installed and running.  Thanks.
