I am a registered user of InnoScript. I can send you the information but would rather not post it.
I am using Windows XP Professional SP3.
My problem: I had a system crash where I had to replace my Cdrive. I was able to recover many of my files via recovery software.
I went to run Innoscript and received an error Some functions are disabled in unregistered version....
I then went to HELP/About - says Version 9.3 Build 3 Trial.
I then went to HELP/Enter License Info I entered the info I had. A message was returned tell me that the codes have been updated and to send an e-mail with my current codes.
That e-mail was sent on Monday May 25,2009 and I have not received that email.
Please advise me on what I should do.
Aloha Sam,
Registration code have been resent...
After receiving the codes, I went into InnoScript. It downloaded a new version: 9.3 Build 4 Trial.
I entered the codes you sent and I am still getting the message License Not Registered.
New code have been sent.
They are still not working.
The reload was do to a system crash of my C drive. it had to be replaced. SOme files were recoverable via a backup and Recovery routine I used (Acronis). Is there a way to clean all evidence of Innoscript from my system and then do a clean install? After the install, I'll try the info you sent.
If so, please provide detail instructions.
I need to go out for about an hour. Will check my e-mail upon return.
Thank you,
Sam
All you need to do is to Uninstall InnoScript then Re-install. I have tested the codes here and they indeed do work. Redownload 9.3.4 to see if that helps.
Thank you, it worked. A possible problem: I also had Version 10 Beta downloaded. I removed that and version 9; then reinstalled version 9 and entered the code.
Thanks Again,
Sam
Actually 10.0 Beta and 9.3 take the same codes... But I am glad that it is working.
Note: The Beta and the live version (9.3) both can be installed on the same machine and run independant of each other with no interference.
