I just downloaded and received a registration key for 5.1.
When I activated the s/w I got an error msg about a non-existent DLL but it did accept my registration key (the about box says it's registetered). Anyhow, I now have to enter the registration info EVERY TIME I START Innoscript!
Did I do anything wrong?

What non-existent dll did the software complain about? Did the installation go without error? Was it installed with Administrator Priviledges?
The more info you can supply the better. This has not happened prior. What OS are you using etc...
A problem was found with your reg code. We have uploaded a fix (hopefully). Please download the zip file and unzip it. There are two files of which you will copy the InnoScript.exe to the location where you installed the original one and a dll that you replace the one in your system folder and then register it.
To Register: Regsrvr32 RSGenRtns.dll while in your system folder.
Let me know how this works.

Is it normal that there is no 'Cancel' button when you want to exit the Register Components dialogbox?
Seems that the only way out is clicking on delete even if nothing to delete...

If you Click on the EXIT button you will exit with nothing done.
Well...Might be dumb, but can't see any EXIT button in the Register Components dialogbox...Just a Delete button...And in the Registered Shared Files too...

What is your screen resolution? If it is less than 1024 x 768 as the package states that is best... The button may be off the screen to the right. We are changing the button to be on the left in case of such uses.
Resolution IS 1024x768 on a laptop, no large fonts, nothing fancy. Video card is ATI Rage Mobility if it can help you out. Since the dialogbox doesn't have a control box with the X exit button, I just have to Ctrl-Alt-Del...No sweat anyway...

Since I'm home now and it's 10:40 pm here, I'll try this out tomorrow morning in the office and will let you know.
OK...Unzipped it and it works now: I can see an Exit button on the left hand side of the dialogbox.
Found another one, though: when you sit in front of the main window (that is, you opened a project and you can see all settings), if you try to close this MDI window by clicking on the X box, you get prompted to save the project as expected, but then, the program hangs indefinitely (a window cleanup procedure maybe...)

Hi, I'm using InnoScript 5.2 build 0. I've entered my registration info, I got no error messages.
Now I have to enter my reg info everytime I start InnoScript. I'm using WinXP SP2.

No, that should not happen. I will check with the techs to see what the problem could be. Did you install the new version over the old or did you remove the old before installing?

Here is a fix for that problem. Please download this dll and replace the one in your systems folder with this one.
I installed over the old one, got that problem, then uninstalled it, reinstalled it and still had the problem. The new dll from the zip fixed it. Thank you very much.
