We did not receive any registraion details with the email associated with paypal and we can find no reference on any filtered emails.

Ok,I will send them again but if you haven't put our domain in your email filter you will not get the email again. Please make sure we are in your filters and our emails will not go to spam folder or get deleted.

I have checked and can find no reference to your email in our records. I have no way of looking up the records unless you can give me some information about the purchase such as transaction number and date.
The Registration email was sent to the email account linked to the purchase.

The email associated with the payment is specifically for paypal and ebay .. i got told its harder to change this account hence if you could send it to my personal work email which is registered with my forum account.
Hopefully be able to pick that up on Monday morning .. have a good weekend.
