Title: Purchasing InnoScript
Post by: pepsisc on January 26, 2009, 10:50:57 AM
Ramdem:

I tried to purchase InnoScript this afternoon and ran into a problem. I wanted to pay via a Visa credit card. After entering the info, it would not let me pay that way because I do have a Pay-Pal account.

For all the help you have given me and for the questions I will have for you (I still have problems with Crystal Report interface), I owe you at least the purchase price of the product. I will take care of my PayPal account within a couple days.

Thank you,
Sam

Just choose I dont have a paypal account and it will let you use your credit card as a credit card without a paypal account.

I got the purchase worked out. Thanks

Here is the current script but I will send the problem later today under a new Post. The last I heard from my friend was: when he tried to access the reports in the application (Crystal Reports), he was getting an ActiveX error 429.

Yes, as the completion screen states it may take up to 24 hours. We are in a different time zone and these things are handled manually. It will go out soon, our day is just starting...

Another quick question on Registration. Is there anyplace I need to enter the registration information you sent?

I have some other question concerning registration but not sure if I should list them here.
Please advise.

When I click on HELP, I get another screen that has these 4 topics:
Getting Started
Formatting
Troubleshooting
Program Credits

There is NOTHING about Entering License.
