Title: Problem on register new version 11

Hi
 
I had version 10.5.9 installed on my system. I uninstall it and install version 11.
 
When I try to register, i get a msgbox with the title RS General Routines W 6.0 and the message:
file not found: IKGCG.DLL
 
After that i get and error 53 saying: file not found ISID.DLL
 
i try to reinstall the program but allways the same error.
 
My machine is Windows XP SP3.

Sorry about that. The issue with the IKGCG.dll has been fixed and uploaded. Please re-download and re-install. Sorry for the inconvenience.
 
The date on the file should be 8/2/2011 9:54am
 
If you are getting the message referring to RS General Routines W 6.0 you are attempting to run the old version of InnoScript.

i tried to download again but now the file is corrupt...
 
i tried to download with IE and Firefox

Reversion 11.4 will not register no matter what I try.  Yes I have made sure the registration information doesn't have spaces at the end or beginning.

It should not. As we have sent out emails to all of our users and there is a notice on the website where the download is that this is not a free upgrade unless you have purchased version 10.3 or above. In the announcement area when one enters the support board there is a message for those who have 10.3 and above that tells them exactly what to do to get new registration codes on the first line of the announcement https://randemsystems.support/index.php?topic=69 (https://randemsystems.support/index.php?topic=69)

I am having the same problem.  I updated to 11.0004 and still no joy.  I have tried with and without the space at the end of the registration info, and it still says Not Licenced.
