InnoScript does not have a password; however, if you mean registration codes.
We have sent new registration codes to your email. Please use these codes with the latest InnoScript version 12.0.2

We have tested the contact form and it works as designed at https://randemsystems.com/contact.html
Where was the contact form you used located?

Also the contact form is NOT the way to contact us about InnoScript Support as the form states
