Title: One-Run Trial ?
Post by: (Unregistered Guest) on October 07, 2005, 04:31:41 AM
I downloaded from InnoScript.com and installed InnoScript 5.0.0.2 one hour ago. The program opened, I did initial setup and created a script for a simple install. InnoSetup 5.1.5 compiled the script, which ran correctly. I was impressed!

On second attempt to open InnoSetup, a dialog box displayed Trial period has Expired. Surely this is not the behavior you intended.

My system is Win 2000 Pro SP4, my login is administrator, there are no anti-spam/virus programs running, nor has the pc clock been modified outside the few mS change when clock is re-synced to NIST time.

Installing and registering RSchkinf.dll, downloaded moments ago, and followed by a reboot (just in case) does not resolve the problem. There appeared to be no difference between the dll packaged with the setup and the separately downloaded dll.

Have you a suggestion as to how I may continue the evaluation of InnoScript?
