Aloha johnfl,

InnoScript 11 is not a free upgrade and it needs to be purchased. This is noted on the website as well in on the announcement page of this support board. Your registration codes for any other version will not work on version 11. You can purchase version 11 at https://randemsystems.com/innoscript//

I purchased Innoscript-Release 5.  Each time I try to upgrade, I get error messages.  for Version 8, I uninstalled it and installed version 9. Today, I did the same thing in order to install Ver. 11.  Each time I entered my Register information 8, 9 and now 11 will not accept it.  Each time support has had to correct the problem.  I Have to upgrade many of my VB programs, and need to Register ver. 11.  Please help!

Aloha,

Here you are answer for version
C:>ver
Microsoft Windows [Wersja 6.1.7601]

Randem

Aloha lech,

I am curious, have you tried downloading the full version to install instead of the update? If not try that and let me know if it will install.

Randem

I would imagine it has something to do with the way the polish version of Windows returns it's version numbers and that is why the English version does not show this error. I will look into it...

Could you type 'ver' in a cmd prompt then show what is returned?

Still problem with upgrade to 11.16, but about it in the end.
Finally, I succeed to install 11.15 . But I did it that  way:
1)   uninstalled InnoScript 11.15
2)   installed IS 10.5.4
3)   registered license
4)   installed IS 11.15
5)   registered license
I started upgrade to 11.16, and received error in attachment. I use WXP localized for Poland(to be precise) and last message box is in polish.
I translation to English it means that

Aloha lech,

If you are running the latest InnoScript (11.1 Build 16), just go to Help->Enter License Info to enter your registration codes. I checked the registrations and cannot find that InnoScript was registered using your email address. Is there another email address or associated info that it was to be registered under? So, in this case your copy is not registered and needs to be before the Trial will be converted to Release version. I am not sure what you mean by needing 5.1 but InnoScript works on XP/Vista/Windows 7. Where did you get the message from? A screenshot would be helpful in this case.

BTW: You have to be connected to the internet and allow InnoScript to connect to register the product.

I had version 10.5.4. I've upgraded soft to 11 build 16. I registered software with new registration details received 28.03.2012. I received message informing that product was registered but, after next InnoScript  startup I still see Trial, and I don't see any update in About. I decided to downgrade to 10.5.4(deinstall/install). But after it I decided to upgrade again to the latest version and I received information that you need the system above 5.1. (I run WXP sp3). Should I wait till 11 build 18?
Thanks for assistance.

Here is an update to the fix in case you still have issues...

Randem

Aloha,

The issue has been fixed and we are uploading the fix now. The new version is 11.0 Build 7

Randem

Ok, we are working on that now. This seems to appear in machines that have multi core processors. As soon as we get a fix we will let you know. Hopefully later this evening.

I also run into the same problem when I installed the 11.0.6 update on my home computer tonight.  Prior to the update, it was BLUE with all functions functional.  Immediately after the update it went to RED with most functionality disabled.

Before the update the about screen reported Virtual Machine: NO.  After the update the about screen reported
Virtual Machine: YES  Both machines say registered, yet then functionally are no longer registered.

So InnoScript 11 was working correctly on 8/14/2011. What happened between then and now?

We are looking into this.

My versio of 10.5 was registered.  When I upgraded from 10.5 to 11, I had trouble getting the software to register using the registration codes that you had sent me on 8/4/11.  You then sent me a new set of codes on 8/14/11 which worked.

My operating system is Windows XP.  I ran a registry cleaner yesterday after discovering this problem.  It didn't help.  I can still back out the changes that it made.  I don't see any references to Randem or InnoScript in the keys that were removed.

Innoscript 11 is installed in its own directory.  The InnoScript 10 directory is gone.

I have also tried to totally uninstall InnoScript 11 and reinstall it.  That didn't help either.
