At the top of the InnoScript forum there is an email address of where to send your registration information to get new registration codes. Your reg codes will be emailed to you.

When you enter this forum at the top there is a message that takes up most of the screen area with blinking text to get your attention. You shouldn't be able to miss it.  
 
To find it; go to the Topics page then select the InnoScript thread you should see it. You are posting in The RSTools thread to get InnoScript help. That is why you cannot find it...
