Title: Lost key

hi i brought this proggy on 20 aug 06.
i had to format my system and when i put my email backup on my key was not there.
 
is the a chance it can be emailed to me again.

We would need the email address and the name you used to register the program then we could send you the key.

but i have hit a block, i download your lastest update and entered in the code sent and it just keeps telling me it not been registered.
 
do i need to buy a new key for your latest update??

A new key is required for the latest update. You do not need to purchase a new license. You must have missed the very big print in the main section of the forum... We will send you the new key. Since you asked for the old key that was all we sent.
