I attached a Word document with littles bugs that I have found.
If I make something mistake please inform me.
Thank you
As for Question 1 What resolution are you running? This is what I see:
Question 2 - You can add the verbiage for All fields must have valid entries - as MSG81 in the Language File. The fix will be available in the next update release.
Question 3 - I am unsure of what you are describing. If Inno Setup is not installed you can't run it and there will be no association to it for the .iss files.
I cannot duplicate the error you have gotten. I may have to install on a VM without Inno Setup installed to see what you have reported. I will try this later.
Question 1. My resolution is 1280 x 1024 but I have run InnoScript with 1024 x 768 and I get the same screen. (two lines down of labels)
I have noted that when I change of lenguage the combo boxs are going one line down. Why?.
Question 2, I have noted your response and I are going to updated the File *.ist
Question 3. Yes I have installed Inno Setup but I can not run it Into InnoScript.
1 - I can't duplicate it here. It is possible that your conversion line is too long and causes line wrap to happen. Without being able to duplicate it I am guessing.
2 - Is your Inno Setup a Spanish Version? It is possible that the compile32.exe file has a different name. I will have to research this.
1 - It's not the length of the conversion string. I cannot duplicate what you see in any resolution.

Try this file and let me know how it works.
I get the same screen before and I can not run Inno Setup Into InnoScript.
I have noted when I run Inno Setup into InnoScript is possible that it not found the file because it add new Beta, Version, Prueba or space.
For example: If in the field Inno Setup Script OutPut File (.iss) (None version) I have the directory
C:VB6_ADOAceites_NuevoAceites1.iss
I get the message error:
No program associated with: C:VB6_ADOAceites_NuevoAceites1. iss....
Note the space between 1. and iss
Please help me. Thak you.}
If you go to the folder where your .iss file is located and double click on it what happens?
If double click then Open the .iss file
What is the name of the Inno Setup compile file? It should be compil32.exe.
Also what language is your OS?
Could you post your InnoScript.ini file from your c:document & SettingsYourUserNameRandem SystemsInnoScript folder?
This whole thing is strange. Your VB Runtime Folder is empty and I can't make that happen either. Please re-download and re-install...
Yes, the name of Inno Setup compile file is Compil32.exe.
Mi OS is Windows XP
I attached the InnoScrip.ini file
I see nothing wrong with your .ini file. Create a new project file and see if the same thing happens.
Post your InnoScript Project File (pjt)
I re-download and re-installed InnoScrip and I
have created a new project file but I get the same screen and is impossible to work with Inno Setup Into InnoScrip.
Please can you let me know what screen capture do you work or type file for insert it into the post?. Thank you
I attached the InnoScript Project File (pjt)
I use Snag-it to capture the screens and I use .jpg file format in the post.
Ok, using your project I have a blank VB Runtime folder. Now I have something to work with... I will let you know what I find.
New update...
It is fixed now. The update is now online...
Thanks, for reporting it!
Now we not get the blank space when I run Inno Setup (see you screen attached), but I get same error.(https://randemsystems.support/discus/messages/12/8830.jpg)
You get the error when you attempt to run Inno Setup, Yes?
Does your main screen say Inno Setup Not Installed when you first load InnoScript?
No, I get the error when I have created the script and I want compiler the script with Inno Setup into InnoScript.
Two separate question...
What does the top of you screen say when you first load innoscript?
Run this file then post the InnoScript.ini file
This is the first screen I get
(https://randemsystems.support/discus/messages/12/8837.jpg)
I attached the InnoScript.ini file
Look in the folder C:Documents and SettingsPCLocal SettingsTemp and tell me if there is a file named Dummy.iss in that folder.
Also tell me the permissions on that folder. Are you logged on as PC?
In which folder did you install Inno Setup?
I have not any Dummy.iss in my C:Documents and SettingsPCLocal SettingsTemp
Yes I logged on as PC
I have Installed InnoScript in:
c:Archivos de ProgramasRandem SystemInnoScriptInnoScript 8
Not InnoScript... Inno Setup.
Run this program and tell me what the messages say that will pop-up
I found the problem, I am working on fix.
Download the update from the top of the forum. This should solve your Inno Setup issues.
The update is also posted on the InnoScript Web page at https://randemsystems.com/innoscript// (https://randemsystems.com/innoscript//)
Good work and many thanks...
Post number 757. The message I get is:
When I go to download the last update I get the message:
Sorry about that. It has been corrected.
Ok, now I can run Inno Setup into InnoScript. Thak you.
The parameter screen is now as bellow:
(Two lines down of the labels
but if I refresh the screen to Open a File or to change de Lenguage, then I get:
(Three lines down of the labels)
I have no idea of what could be causing that effect. Could you do me a favor, go to Help->About then select System Info then Save the info (Export) to a file then zip and post that file.
I would like to see what is on your system for I cannot duplicate this effect.
Save it to a nfo file also (Save)
I attached the System Info of my PC.
System Info
FRAGALPOZ_NFO.zip (https://randemsystems.support/index.php?topic=1.0) (67.9 k)
I tried something which is the only thing I can think of that may be related to the issue.
Try this:
Now is Ok:
But it not show the last line with information:
Ok, that is something to work with now. At least I found the solution for your immediate issue and now have created another. I will now look into correcting this issue.
Today I have updated InnoScript to new version 9.0.6 and the parameters screen are the same that the previous version because I get:
and it can not show the foot:
Have you attempted to move the parameter screen up? It will save the new location.
Yes I have attempted to move the parameter screen up, down, left and right but I always get the screen posted you on 05/14/08 without the last line:
When you move it up what happens? The bottom of the screen isn't there or you can't move it far enough up to see the bottom?
I can't move it far enough up to see the bottom.
See you how far the screen are going up:
How big is your taskbar at the bottom of the screen?
Here's a thought... Open the InnoScript.ini file in the appdata folder then delete the section marked [frmParameter] then rerun InnoScript to see if that screen changes.
I have deleted the section marked [frmParameter] and now the program work fine.
See you my new parameters screen:
Thank you
Great, I figured you must have run in a different resolution first then changed resiolutions. Those parameters were stored for the first resolution...
