It is possible from InnoScript add Languages to the Script of InnoSetup?. For example:
[Languages]
Name: spanish; MessagesFile: compiler:LanguagesSpanish.isl.

Yes, Include the Language template in the Templates tab or you can create a template of your own to place the [Language] Section in.
