Randem Systems Support Board

I would need a translation of what the message says in English. Mi Espanol mo es muy bueno...
 
or at least something I can cut and paste into a translator.

When I start Innoscript, I always get the message:
 

 
Why?

The support board is our only contact. It is in BIG letters on the opening screen of InnoScript so that there is no chance of a misunderstanding.
 
On the support board in the InnoScript forum, it also states in the first line at the top of the page where to send the request... regcodes at randem.com

Hi,
Recent InnoScript 9.2.23 Update email said that new registration codes are needed for IS 9.3 and to contact support. As everything seems to lead to this bulletin board how do I go about getting a new registration code for my existing product?
