Using Wrong .exe file in another folder

Using the Exclude worked fine. I don't use InnoScript enough to learn all these things, e.g. using Exclude.

If your vbp file in StarTrec2 points to the exe in that folder you are ok. What you want to do is to use the Exclude Folder and Add the StarTrek folder to it so that the exe does not get picked up from there (or anything else for that matter).
 
Without seeing your .pjt and vbp file, this is my best guess in what is happening.

I have a program I am writing. The old version is in the folder, Star Trek. The new version is in the folder, Star Trek 2. I modified the the old InnoScript to get/save to Star Trek 2. However, I cannot figure out how to have the script use the .exe in the folder, Star Trek 2. What do I do to force the use of the .exe in the new folder, Star Trek 2? Here is a graphic of the InnoScript file in Star Trek 2.
