When I start Innoscript, I always get the message:
Why?
Please can you send me the new registration code?
I think the traslation to English lenguage is:
Subscript out of range
Ok, that is nothing to worry about... We are looking into it though. It will not affect operations. It is just for the Auto-updater...
Thak you.
Can you send me the new code register to my email?
Thak you in advance.
Ok, tracked your info down and will send you new codes.

What is the address for????
When I try to start Innoscript I get an error Mesage: failed to start due to application configuration being incorrect.
Also when I tried to upgrade from my previous licensed Innoscript 8.0 I get a file count error
Please help!
Delete the InnoScript.exe.manifest file in the folder where you installed InnoScript, that should correct the issue.
Removed Innoscript.exe.manifest. When I tried to start Innoscript, It said there was a later version, so I installed it. I entered my Registration information and clicked ok. But nothing else happened. Now each time I try to start the program it gives me the registration form again.
What version have you installed and what version were you coming from?
coming from Version 8.0
and updating to 10.1.2
I tried to uninstall 8.0 and then download and install 10.1.2. The same results... It did however trash IE8 in the process.
Let me start from the beginning. I upgraded to 10.1.2 first of last week. My system crashed and I have spent the past 4 days trying to put it back together. From errors on you website, to a trashing of IE8 (websites causing IE8 to hang up) I have missed my deadline on getting a program delivered and If my registration information on the first copy of Innoscript is no longer useful, please let me know. I must have the latest version in order to compile for Win 7.
Aloha,
I am looking into this and will double check. InnoScript does not use IE directly or deploy any components of IE so InnoScript causing IE8 to crash would be rather unlikely. We have never seen IE crash so the issue may be something else.
As directed on the support site the registration codes changed with version 9.3 so you must have the latest InnoScript and new registration codes.
Which errors on our website caused you to miss your deadline?
I double checked and crashes are unlikely. The current version is 10.2.2 Please use that version and we will work from there.
The last time was a charm. I now have 10.2.2 up and running. I will still have to re-load IE8
Thanks for your help.
You are welcome. I still do not understand the IE8 connection. If you would elaborate on the issue I would happily look into it.
