Like the new layout...One thing about colors though: you should replace Menu button color with Button and Tabs color since the tabs are also changed which is the first thing I did: black text on blue background is hard to see for color-blind folks like me...Unless you allow text color change on buttons such as white on blue...

One little quirk:
Got to Templates tab...Had a file there...Double-clicked on it, displayed the file and closed it: the repainting process of the window does not happen until you select another tab or another action...Needs a refresh..
Good feedback. There is an update if you have Automatic Updates checked. It should correct the display issue. I had noticed that prior to now and already had a fix for it, at least on our systems here...
I will look into the text color change.
Text color on buttons and tabs can now be changed... Check for Updates - 8.1.3

Button and Tab Text color works but button and tab color doesn't anymore...
It works now... Global Changes...
