Sorry you are having issues with the download. Sometimes it is the download process, automatic cloud backup software or infections that will corrupt the file. There are a few things that you can do to get a complete download.
- Download in Safe Mode - This will disable most things that are running in the background and allow the download
- Stop all automatic cloud backup services - They will sometimes corrupt download files.
