Title: Color in the interface
Post by: mlequi on October 28, 2008, 05:50:00 AM
Hi,
Since I installed the latest version 9 build 15, all menus buttons and forms appear sometimes in BLUE, sometimes in RED... And the COLOR item in the menu is disabled, therefore I cannot change the color. This all red color is quite disturbing.
Thank you for your help,
Marc

The all red means that you are probably running the trial in a virtual machine and some functions are disabled. There should be a message that explains that when the screen turns red.

Let me know if this is not the case.

I am running Windows XP pro. This is not a virtual machine.

I am a registered user. The application is registered.

I installed build 15 over build 0.

Was InnoScript displaying trial mode when this happened?

There is a message Virtual Machine mode
Unregistered version running on a Virtual Machine will have some functions disabled.

I am not running in a virtual machine.

I re-entered registration informations.

Problem persists.

Did you get the message that InnoScript was registered?

The more information provided, the more helpful I can be. Give as much info as you can about this issue.

Yes, try another computer. This should matter on which computer it is installed but what is in the registry. Have you completely uninstalled InnoScript, cleaned the registry then re-installed. InnoScript is still seeing your product as a Trial version. That is the only way that this issue can happen.

Hello,

I uninstalled, cleaned the registry and installed build 17.

The error does not occur anymore.

Thanks
