Yes, that is correct. As indicated on the website and in the main page of the support board InnoScript 11 is not a free upgrade. So the registration codes for versions prior to version 11 will not work. There is a condition where a free upgrade is available but you have to follow the direction on the support board announcement page EXACTLY...

updated to InnoScript 11.1 Build 15. Tried to register with purchased InnoScript 10 registration User Name, Transaction Id. and Registration Code. Get message License not Registered.
