I just experienced the same problem.  Downloaded InnoScript 5.0 Build 2.  I was also logged in with Admin privileges.
 
Also, I just went ahead and purchased InnoScript through the web site (using PayPal).  When can I expect to receive a confirmation email with a license information?

What version did you attempt to install? When did you download? Are you installing as an administrator?

I am using Windows XP and i am logged as asministrator
I have also tried update and register  
RSchkinf.dll in my windowssystem
Whitout success

I have Installed today innoscript  
but it give me this messages:
