BTW: you should not attempt to figure how we do things. You should have just followed the instructions of sending the old email and you would have had the registration codes by now.

My e-mail address was changed about 6 months ago.
I have no idea how to update the e-mail address that I registered innoscript with. I downloaded the latest version and it won't let me use my registration information. Sending an e-mail to regcodes with my old e-mail address won't help me since my old address is no longer valid. How do I update my registration e-mail address?

An email was sent out to all registered users about four months ago with information regarding the registration change.
 
Please send the email you registered with to regcodes at randem.com and an updated registration codes will be sent to that email address.

I downloaded and installed the latest version 7 from the web-site and I need to register it.
 
I have found my last registration details for version 5 of InnoScript

Private Key: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
I have entered these details into innoscript putting my email address into the Transaction ID field and I get the message
