rbrodka,

Glad you got it working. For future reference, If we knew ahead of time we could have create the key with the company name. In that case an email or message with your Paypal payment would have given us that information.

And you are welcome...

Ahhhhh, I didn't realize the user name and organization were important.  I was using something slightly different than what was sent to me in the email.

After I entered the info exactly as it is specified in the email, it worked fine.

I purchased this software for use at work, but used my personal PayPal account for the transaction.  I could have had a corporate purchase order generated, but it would have taken about a week, and it costs the company about $80 to process every PO.  Seems silly to spend $80 to buy a $14.95 item.  Our business practice for purchasing small items is to buy the item using personal funds, then submitting an expense report for reimbursement.  For small items, the company reimburses in cash, and does not incur the cost of printing a check.

So, I was trying to register the software using the company name, and it was failing.  An error message here would be nice.

Anyhoo, I got it working.

Thank you very much.

Have you entered all the registration information EXACTLY as given? Any who have had problems with registration when they do not enter the name and organization info as given along with the license info. Upper/Lower case characters do matter. All information is to be entered exactly as given.

Let me know what is happening in detail if this should not be working.

I recently purchased InnoScript version 5.3 and installed over the version 5.2 trial.  When I try to run InnoScript, it displays the license registration box, I enter my info, and when I click OK, the license registration box pops back up.

This is on Win2K SP4, and I have administrator rights on this machine.  I have tried uninstalling InnoScript and reinstalling several times, but I can't get past the license registration.

I do not get any error messages or other notices.

Please help, Thanks!
