Randem Systems Support Board

I am a registered user of Innoscript Version 9.3 Build 3  When I try to update to Version 10.2.10 it fails 'file size do not match Expected -17275765 Actual - 325  
 
I thought I just needed to re-register I sent the email and got new regcodes, input them and it failed 'not licensed'
