Then why not just install the release? It is on the web page. https://randemsystems.com/innoscript//

You cannot install the update if no previous version exists. Well, and have it work properly...

I downloaded the installation program (innoscript9206ReleaseUpdate.exe), right clicked on it and chose the option Install as Administrator. All other programs requiring administrator credentials have installed OK using this method.

One time I installed it with UAC turned off but still the same results.

I am concerned that it is called an update instead of a release, because an update might not contain all needed components. I looked, but I did not see any other installation program to download.

There is no entry for ISID.dll in the registry and no file called ISID.dll in c:/windows/system32.

Please check and see if innoscript9206ReleaseUpdate.exe will install ISID.dll on a computer on which it did not previously exist.

Thank you.

I checked out installing InnoScript on Vista (Turned off UAC first as recommended) then registering it without any issues. Please give a description of your installation process and the location of where you installed InnoScript.

I will check this but this has not seen. I will install on Vista and let you know.

BTW: What credentials are you using to register the program with?

ancmar

I try to register program and get the following errors:

RS General Routine 3.2.0: key file missing

Runtime error 53: ISID.DLL not found.

I have downloaded the latest version and installed on Vista as administrator. Have done this several times with the same results.

What do I do now?
