I took the files that you sent then ran them through InnoScript and it created the output in less than 1 second with no errors. I am attaching the whole folder that was used to create the script and install. This folder includes the InnoScript Project file (.pjt) and all files used to create the script and install.
 
We cannot reproduce any issues that you have. Perhaps you could tell me how and where you installed InnoScript and other information that we can use to track down the issues that you are having. Also could you check to see if the Unsafe File list exists on your machine. To find it just open a project in InnoScript then click on Unsafe Files.

Could you post the .vbp file and the exe file that belongs to it? Please zip them before posting.

Selected New Project; Selected .vbp file; Clinked on Create Script; got the not found message; Seaching for Kernal32 in Program Files was displayed in the ribbon at the bottom.

Could you give detailed information about what you are doing? Searching for Kernel32.dll does not make sense since it is on the unsafe file list and it will not be searched for.
 
What are the exact steps that you took to get this error? Did you deselect the usage of the unsafe file?

Creating a VB6 Stript, I get 53 - WStoreFileInfo() Not Found, click OK, then stays busy looking for Kernel32.Dll in Program Files
