The template files have to be there, It cannot get the information from any place else as it states in your project exactly where it is getting the template data from. On installation that is where ALL the templates are copied.

That location is empty (graphic attached). so what do I do  now?

OH ... you mean in Innoscript!!!  Ok, have deleted that file and will try it now.

Remove all information from this template. It is in error for your system.

C:\Users\Dave\AppData\Local\Randem Systems\InnoScript\Release\Templates\Release.tpl

Remove it from your project or delete the contents of the template and all those extra lines will not be in your script.

I thought I had gotten rid of this by making sure the "Check for unsafe file" button was on. apparently for some reason this no longer works.

the entire output from InnoScript is attached. Will delete the "stuff" and compile and see what happens.

suggestions?
