Title: Reg. codes don't seem to work

After recieving email containing new reg codes for ver 10.3 build 3 trial. I went to help ->enter license info to cut and paste the entries (being careful not to include any extra spaces)
 
I keep getting a License Not Registered Response
what am I doing wrong?

We sent you new codes (after the first ones that did not work) that were tested and verified. Did you use the new codes?
 
Make sure you do not cut and paste leading or trailing spaces...

I only recieved one set of codes. I have no way of knowing if they are new or old.

I have registration information but it does not work.
