There is no way that I know of. You can try the Inno Setup Unpacker to gather all the files in the install exe then compare them yourself. You can get the unpacker from the InnoScript webpage.
 
If the 300 file is much larger than the 400 file then you forgot to add the CR installation...

I have 2 output file created by using InnoScript and InnoSetup. They are called App400Release.exe and App300Release.exe.
App300Release.exe was created a couple weeks ago and App400Release was recently created. I did not save the .iss file from App300.
 
Is there any way to compare these 2 files? There is a crystal Report file missing or damaged from App400Release.  
 
How do I know this: When I installed App300Release.exe , the CR Reports worked fine. When I installed App400Release.exe, I got a CR dll error.  
 
I then re-installed app300Release.exe, replace only the program.exe file and the CR reports worked great.
 
If there is no way to compare the 2 files, do you have any idea how the error can be tracked down?
