This has been covered in emails, the InnoScript announcement page (on this site) and the InnoScript web page.

There were also installation instructions that you should not install Version 11 over any other version.

OK I've now successfully installed v11.1 build 16 on my Win 7 64-bit machine (after a reboot), but the registration details you supplied when I purchased and registered v10.5.9 in June 2011 are no longer accepted (User name, transaction ID, registration code, no longer any prompt for a registration key).
I should also point out that I've tried installing
v11.1.16 in two ways (with InnoScript1101016Release.exe and with innoscript1101016ReleaseUpdate.exe) in two locations (C:Program Files (x86)Randem SystemsInnoScriptInnoScript 10 and C:Program Files (x86)Randem SystemsInnoScriptInnoScript 11, so 4 permutations in all), but no joy regarding registration. Why? Do I have to purchase Innoscript again? Even though I registered v10.5.9 in June 2011?

Can't install or run v. 11.1 build 16, always get same error:
Run-time error '429'
ActiveX component can't create object
(clicking OK button takes me back to Windows 7 64-bit)
What's going on???
