If you are having trouble installing InnoScript on Vista and above; Right Click on the installation program then select Run As Administrator. If this is your first time installing InnoScript and you want Unicode language support, you will need to download and install the Arial Unicode MS font installer from the InnoScript webpage. Help InnoScript speak your language!!! Convert the Language Pack then email it to us at languagepack at randemsystems.com and we will include it in the next release.

Please look through the InnoScript online Help Documentation (also off-line in InnoScript under the Help Menu->Documentation). Most simple issues and procedures can be resolved from the examples in the documentation. We do have a policy of issuing updates when we can correct an issue and not making our users wait several months to do so. That means when you report new issues we attempt to correct them immediately, so there may be several updates issued in a short period of time! We don't believe our users should have to create work-a-rounds.
