Title: InnoScript no longer running

Have Version 11.0 Build 13 and it is no longer
working. Pls Advise

We cannot ascertain as to why InnoScript is not working without a better explanation of what happened, course of events, upgrades etc... On this support site we have solutions and directions on how to get InnoScript to work or what would cause InnoScript not to work (example. On the announcement page) but you have to give a better description than the basic Does not work

John, I don't have enough information to help. Our records indicate you have been running InnoScript for a few years now, so what has recently happened to get this error? Please give details so that I may help

I am sorry, I was upgrading to ver. 11.1 Build 19
from the previous version, I don't know what that version was.  I got a msgbox on start up to  
Update because I have auto option selected.
Pls advise.

I cannot tell you what the problem is because you may have been upgrading from a version that was not compatible. What you must do now is to uninstall InnoScript then delete all the InnoScript folders then re-install the new version. Since you have different versions installed this is the recommended procedure to get InnoScript working again.
