That should not be the case. What version did you upgrade from? If it was a version prior to 10 then that maybe the case. This is covered in the opening section of the InnoScript forum instructing you on what to do in this case.

I downloaded your latest version today, (update) and now I cannot get into InnoScript anymore.  The program wants me to register again.
