is however the address it resides. So you see its not my computers but your links or corrupt files that are posted on the site that are the problem. I downloaded and installed Version 11 from my repair of your bad link, and its up and running as I type this.

Well you sure have a nice racket going on as I bought the program and now it wont work, you say it my computer and its not! I tried to update to 11 and your download is busted yet you say it on my end even though I have used 5 different CPU's. I now have uninstalled and reinstalled it and now it wont run at all "Runtime Error" "ClassFactory cannot supply requested class" So Way to go I guess you got me for what I paid you.

Support for 10.x would be at a cost of $50 per half hour. We otherwise do not support older versions. You ONLY option is to upgrade to the newest version or do like we stated and re-install. We discontinued support for version 10.x for over 2 years ago and support for version 10.x can be obtained on a per incident basis at $50 per half hr.

Listen its not on my end that the problem exists. Now I have tried 5 different computers 4 of which have never seen your program 1 of which is the CPU I used it on. Your download does not complete. Every CPU the dload stops at 5.xx kb, the cpus have nothing to do with that. I want some support for the money I paid you!!!

There is only one other person that still uses version 10.x and it still works. If the program does not work now there is something wrong with the installation and/or the computer it is used on. You will probably need to uninstall the program and re-install. The fact that the program does not work and you cannot download seems to be a problem with the computer not InnoScript (one word) or the internet. The download issue could be with your ISP or AV program also. We just downloaded it and it worked fine. Other are downloading and using it everyday with no issues.

Registration is done inside InnoScript itself, so if it will not register something is wrong with the installation or the program is corrupted. You will have to re-install.

If thats the case I paid for a program that doesnt work as it used too simply because it wont accept my Reg info which you should support!!! The Reg info was there the last time I used it so why would it disapear or not continue to unlock the program?
I have tried several times on several CPU's to get the new version. The download does not complete the full 27.xx mb, it completes the dload at 5.xx kb which ends up being an incomplete dload and therefore is not going to work. Please send me a file that will work.

We do not support any other version other than Version 11.
Version 10 has not be supported for about 2 years now.

I already tried 3 different CPU's they all get Corrupt File. I would rather just be able to start the old version I paid for.

Please check your computer. We have downloaded and installed the current version with no issues. Please remember that you cannot install  Version 11 in the same folder that version 10.x is in. So download and install the new version, DO NOT SELECT TO UPDATE AND INSTALL from the old version. Others are downloading the current version with no issue so the is probably an issue with your computer. Try downloading on another computer.

I purchased Inno Script Version 10.05.009 and registered it long ago (2011 I think). I have not used it in quite some time and now that I need to use it again it wont startup. Upon starting the program it asks if I want to download the newer version to which I click no, then the License Registration screen opens which is blank so I re-enter all my info and click Ok but the program fails to start as if my Registration info is invalid. I have also tried to udate to the new version but I get "the file is corrupt download again" did and still get the same message. So I tried to download from the site and it is also corrupt.
Please help!
