are all for the HTML Help Files of which you don't include the OCX in your project. How does your project work if you don't include the ocx file.
 
Also I need the labels.def file...

There is no hhctrl.dep file on my syste, just the .ocx.  BTW, hhctrl is also related to HTML Help Files.

BTW: You don't use the hhctrl.ocx in your project. Why do you include these files???

I have found out what they are for. They are for your Help File. The file come from a .dep file on your system for the help dll file
 
You have on your system a file named hhctrl.dep. If you could send that file also. It should be in the same location as the hhctrl.ocx file. I believe that would be in your WindowsSystem32 folder.

I just sent labels.dll in a new archive with all the files.
 
I'm not really really sure what the two dll's are for.  They were presented by the PDW and I included them.  I believe they are related to use of HTML Help Files.  They are on a list of files that are shipped with Vista and therefore don't need to be deployed as part of of a VB Setup package for Vista.  Don't know about the XP package I'm trying to do but they presented no problem in the PDW Setup.

I am now missing labels.dll

To Zip files Download a program called WinRar from http://www.rarlabs.com and install it. Once you install it you can highlight all the files you want to zip (in the same folder) then right click and select Archive.

Memory: 1 Gigabyte.  I'm working on the zipping.

I have throughly checked the server for problems and  have posted large amounts of data and uploaded data without errors. I do see where you got errors they were Out of Memory Errors How much memory do you have on your computer?
 
Did you zip those files yet?
