We figured out what you did to get this error. To correct this situation, delete the InnoScript.ini from the folder you installed the software into. Rerun InnoScript an the program will default to it's installed state.

You will have to be a little more descriptive in what the actual problem is, How it happens, in what conditions. We cannot duplicate this error with what we think you mean.
 
What version are you using? The current version is 4.0.0.

If Innoscript is closed while minimized in the taskbar you are trapped with an error.
