Yes, Once you install in the old folder - all bets are off!!!  
 
You will need to do an uninstall then finish by deleting all InnoScript folders
 
Most importantly common FilesRandem SystemsRelease
 
and  
 
...Local SettingsApplication DataRandem SystemsInnoscript
 
Then re-install.

Updated finally my home PC with beautiful 11..However, I first made a mistake and installed it in the IS10 directory and saw an error message about the AutoUpdater...Didn't know if it had an impact, so uninstalled all, reinstalled and still get the same message which says:  
 
0-9: index out of range
...Local SettingsApplication DataRandem SystemsInnoscriptVersionRelease.ver - ProcessDownload ()
 
Does not prevent IS to start anyway...Although AutoUpdaterW crashes and stays active, so you have to kill the process before being able to start IS...
 
Will create the French language file and send it asap...
