Ok, then this should work fine...
 

Replaced InnoScript.exe & am now getting past the Save As step!  Message boxes are coming up that start with Index = 6 FixedRows = 1 and continue with Index = 7, 8 etc. up to 20.  But after that I am getting the Inno Setup Parameters screen where I can enter information.

Ok, this should solve the errors

I replaced the exe & reran- got the same error twice (see screenshot #1), then got error 381 (screenshot #2).

OK, looking into it. Will post new info soon.

I renamed the old InnoScript.exe file, downloaded the zip file and extracted InnoScript.exe to c:\Program Files\Randem Systems\InnoScript\InnoScript 11.  When I ran InnoScript & tried to create a new script, I got the attached error.  When I clicked OK, I got the same error again.  Then I clicked OK & got error 381.

No that is ok, it was just a text file so it was readable. Now did you replace the InnoScript.exe file and re-run? You log file looks good.

Just realized you asked for the install log file to be zipped.

No, it is just the InnoScript.exe file. It is not an installation...

In case it's still helpful, I'm attaching the March 14th installation log that you requested in your March 16th post.

Sorry I didn't see your posts sooner- I had gotten email notices of previous posts, but not your last few.  
You said, Replace your InnoScript.exe with the one provided here then re-run and let me know what heppens.  Is this a new install script I run in the Administrative Account as before?  Should I uninstall first?
Also, do you still want me to send the screen shot in a picture format?
