Can't get into program

In various places on the website, the support site and in prior emails to ALL InnoScript users the information regarding InnoScript 11 appears. It also appears in various threads on this support site. We tried to make it appear everywhere so that this question was answered several time in the last year... You should have also gotten an email stating that InnoScript 11 was not a free upgrade several months ago before InnoScript 11 was released.

I had purchased your program last year. I got your email saying that it was 'critical' to download the new version. Now that I have done this, I can not get into the program. It is asking me for my user name and registration code. I am supplying these from my first purchase, however it is NOT accepting it. What do I do now? I would supply you the information if this was private and I see no place to reply elsewhere with this information. I believe I now have 'InnoScript Version 11.1  Build 16  Trial'. Why is it saying 'Trial' when I purchased it?
